Doha – Mubasher: Amwaj, a subsidiary of Gulf International Services (GIS), intends to buy a portion of United Development Company’s (UDC) stake in United Facilities Management Company.

GIS’ unit will decide on the stake purchase when it finishes some necessary studies, according to a bourse statement.

UDC will announce further details if the parties reached any mutual consent to enter into an agreement relating to the acquisition.
